Do I need a Dropbox account to use Photo Finish?

How do I label my photos so that Photo Finish can correctly identify them?
Name all photos using either the variant SKU or barcode.
For example, if the SKU for a variant is 1234, name the photo 1234.png.
Or, if the barcode for a variant is 789, name the photo 789.png.
If you have more than one photo for variant 1234, name the photos 1234_1.png, 1234_2.png, 1234_3.png, etc.
Please note: If you're adding multiple images to a certain SKU (say 1234), you'll need to have an underscore for all of the attached images. So if you have 4 images for the same variant it will look like this: 1234_001.png, 1234_002.png, 1234_003.png, 1234_004.png. If you have one that's labeled 1234.png, Photo Finish will skip it altogether.
How do I label my photos if I have more than one photo per SKU or barcode?
If you have two photos for a variant with SKU 1234, name the photos 1234_1.png and 1234_2.png.
Why is it only getting 10 photos?
The free trial limit is 10 photos. Upgrade to premium to get unlimited photos.
Why didn't my photos import into Shopify?
There are a few things to check:
- Did you properly name your photos?
- Did you add your photos to the correct Dropbox folder?
- Did you select SKU or barcode correctly?
- Is the SKU or barcode added to your Shopify products?
Make sure that you click the checkbox for "Overwrite any current products that have the same handle." While this sounds scary, all it means is that it will add photos for products that don't have them and will otherwise leave the products exactly as they were before.
How do I export a product CSV from Shopify?
On your Shopify dashboard, click Products. At the top of the Products page, click "Export".
After importing, why do I now have duplicates of all my products?
When importing the CSV, you most likely did not check the box that says:
"Overwrite any current products that have the same handle. Existing values will be used for any missing columns."

What image file types are supported?
PNG, JPEG, JPG, and GIF.
Can I upload videos?
No, currently Shopify only supports images. However, you may upload animated GIFs.
How to identify and remove duplicated products?
If you accidentally duplicated your products, you can identify all the products you most recently imported by tag.
Imported products from Photo Finish will have a tag that follows the following format: PFXXXX-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX
To select all recently imported products, go to the Products page and search for that tag to identify all products that were imported.
